Is there a front desk to help with concierge services?
There is a reception area that will assist you with check-in during office hours. The front desk staff may also be able to provide recommendations for restaurants and directions to area locations.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. From a coffee maker to a blender, you will find just about everything you need to prepare meals in our kitchen.

Are laundry facilities available?
There are two laundry rooms which have full-sized coin operated washers and dryers for guest use.

Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. There is a swimming pool located just a few steps off the beach. Sunbathers will enjoy the lounge chairs and manicured lawn.

Are there areas to jog or walk?
Yes, in fact, this is one of our favorite things to do in Maui! Guests enjoy walking or jogging along the six mile stretch of powdery sand directly in front of the condo. Depending on your energy level, you could walk all the way to the harbor in Maalaea!

Is the property close to restaurants and shopping?
Yes and no. Kihei Beach Condominiums are located in North Kihei which is less commercial than South Kihei. By car, guests are no more than 5 minutes from restaurants in the central Kihei area.

What about grocery stores? Can we find
what we need in Kihei?
Kihei has several large grocery stores. We’ve found that the most inexpensive way to purchase groceries in Maui is by using our Safeway card at the local store (located off the highway, just a short drive from the condo). We also shop at Costco in Kahalui (directly across from the airport) for many items. Maui also has several health food specialty stores including a Whole Foods which just opened in Kahului at the Maui Mall. And, there is a farmers market located across the street as well as an ABC Store.

Do we need to bring our own beach towels or
any other linens with us?
Not unless you want to. Our condos are stocked with the linens you will need (sheets, towels, pillows, etc.) for your stay.

What other items are provided in the properties?
We have ensured that everything you might need while vacationing is on hand. There is a hair dryer, along with an iron, ironing board and ice chests for trips to the beach.

Is parking provided?
Yes, free parking is provided.
