Reservation Deposit
Once you have contacted us to confirm the availability of the condo, a non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Checks should be made out to Maui Paradise Condo and sent to the following address:

Rental Contract
After your reservation deposit is received, a rental contract will be generated with the following details:
• Acknowledgement of deposit receipt
• Daily rental rate
• Total rental charge (including Hawaii State Tax 11.25%)

The signed contract and full payment must be received 60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations received short of 60 days, full payment must be sent within seven days of receipt of contract. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if contract and full payment are not received within these time frames.

Rental Confirmation
After your reservation deposit is received, a rental confirmation will be prepared with the following details:

• Confirmation of deposit receipt
• Daily rental rate
• Cleaning fee, if applicable
• Total rental charge (including Hawaii State Tax. Tax rates for reservations up until July 1, 2010 are taxed at 12.25%. Reservations starting after July 1, 2010 are taxed at 13.25%).

Full payment must be received 60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations received within 60 days, full payment must be sent within seven days of receipt of confirmation. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if full payment is not received within this time frame.

Acknowledgement Letter
After your final payment is received, an acknowledgement letter will be sent with the following information:

• Check in/check out times
• Directions to Kihei Beach Condominium
• Instructions for condo entry
• General condo guidelines
• Cleaning service information
• Maui map

In the event of cancellation
The $200 deposit is non-refundable. If reservations are canceled between 30 and 59 days, inclusive, prior to your stay, 25% of your total payment will be forfeited. If cancellation is made between 10 and 29 days inclusive, 50% of your total payment will be forfeited unless the owner is able to re-rent the condo for your entire reserved period. In this case, full payment will be returned. Please note that there will be no refunds for cancellations of less than 10 days or for no-shows.
